Before one of our security team member starts cleaning your computer - we ask that you remove any P2P programs you may have running on your computer.

Even though the P2P program you are using is maybe safe and not bundled with a lot of spyware, the files you download may well be infected with Malware! This is why we ask you to remove any P2P programs before posting for help, so our Security Team members can clean your computer -- without it being re-infected!

You may continue to use P2P sharing at your own risk; however, please keep in mind that this practice may be the source of your current malware infestation. We recommend you uninstall any P2P programs you may have on your computer, although you can keep the program(s) if you wish, but please do understand you are likely to another infection.

Note: If re-infected, and we believe the malware infestation is from P2P sharing, then we will deny help until that P2P program is removed.
