Website CSS or Error Between FF and IE 7

Hey Guys,

Can someone please help me here, I am not sure what I must edit or what I must change in CSS or Style.CSS to get this problem Fixed.

aTechosting (The Power Beyond Webhosting)

Is the page, Everything seems to look normal except the Live Chat Logo at the top right, You will see that in Internet Explorer 7 that the Live Icon hides behind the Text and Navigation Bars.

In FireFox is does not do this, What is wrong here & how can I go about solving it so that they both remain the same in IE and FF?
