Question about running two graphics cards.

Hi,

I currently have a Nvidia 9800GT 512mb, but just purchased a Nvidia GTX 470 1280mb graphics card.

Is there anywasy i can keep the 9800 in my pc and have it run aswell as having the 470 running?

A second question. I brought a BFG physx card a while back, im not sure if there is any point it being in there, i cant see any sign of it on my device manager, and i dont think drivers are made for it anymore. Seeing as Nvidia took over.

Thanks

Sam Watson

If you have 2 PCI-E slots on the board you can run both cards. Make the faster card the primary and install drivers for each one. Should be no bother but for best performance they should the same cards. I have 2 x 9600GTs in this system and it has worked fine since I set it up about a year ago - have 3 screens attached to them.
