Hi all and thanks for any help I can get on this. Lately when playing some video's I have been getting green writing on the screen of my wmp11 and also media player classic, I am sure there maybe an option somewhere where I maybe able to change this but I cant find it anywhere. Here is the green writing I am talking about.

using ffdshow codecs. You need to uncheck OSD in ffdshow
video decoder configuration (either from start/programs/ffdshow, or if when
you play a video using ffdshow, the ffdshow icon appears in the systray,
doubleclick on that).
| found that
In wmp Go to Tools>Options>DVD>Advanced and turn off OSD
