This is a good site for the odd PC part, but they don't have as big a range as Ebuyer etc. SVP: DVD-R & CDR - Blank Media: Reviews and Advice
Just checked and they don't have DDR RAM, only DDR2
They're really good for blank media and optical drives, though

Sorry - only have 512 and 256 in that type - best deal I could see for decent kit would be Kingston 1GB DDR Memory - Cheap at Ebuyer!
