WinSock XP Fix

.
WinSock XP Fix fixes the winsock settings on your Windows XP machine. Its often a last resort fix to correct registry corruption that leads to a loss of internet connection.

It can often cure the problem of lost connections after the removal of adware components or improper uninstall of firewall applications or other tools that modify the XP network and Winsock settings.

Download WinsockXPFix to your desktop.

Double click WinsockFix to view the main menu.

You may want to first by clicking on the ReG-Backup button and then choosing a directory to save a registry backup in.

To run the program click on the Fix button on the main menu

Choose Yes to run the fix.

The program will proceed to remove and restore registry keys that may be corrupt, along with resetting the Hosts file.

It will ask you to reboot your computer. Click OK to reboot.

After the computer reboots try your internet connection. Everything should be restored to normal.
