Well now it is starting to look like a real race to the moon compare to previous decades.
The Chandra X-ray Observatory is a satellite launched on STS-93 by NASA on July 23, 1999. It was named in honor of Indian-American physicist Subrahmanyan Chandrasekhar.
Not sure where the name for this latest moon launch vehicle Chandrayaan-1 comes:
but according to Wikepedia it is in reference to Chandra:

Any other quesses?

I do fancy walking on the moon but I don't think I could stand the extensive training program astronauts are put through. Someday, when the technology might become available for the common man...

Just looking at the craters on the moon through my telescope is enough to cause my breath to catch. It is an awe-inspiring sight. Have often thought of how the previous moon walkers really felt when they saw the grandeur of a rising 'half-earth' as I have only seen in the photographs they brought back to earth.
All the science fiction novels I have ever read as a young man seem to be comming to life these last 50 years.

Good One! But maybe they can do it with much less 'red tape' than the USA.

I might be wrong but possibly the vicavisti should be 2 words vi cavisti
What dictionary are you using? Couldn't find vicavisti but found cavisti.

Thanks BM. Don't really have the time to go through this kind of listing. But thanks for thinking about it for me. Albert is probably more effective at this Latin - I wonder, does it come natural to him?

Not natural - just like the potential for being really rude - you know, like naughty words and innuendo - in another language in public. Learned Latin at school and hated every moment of it - now I wish I had paid more attention. In truth, that pretty well sums up my education.

Just about the same story for most of us I would imagine. A 'few' years after the fact I realize what "I could 'ave/probably should 'ave done".
