Wow,
The section on Comments is developing into a raging battle of interpretation of the constitution on this matter, similar to the battle of opinions regarding the right to bear arms.
Could it be that the lobbyists of powerful corporations are behind this, to ensure that the government favours their profitable enterprises? I don't know, just a thought.
