What do you use to paint the outside - something like cellulose? From the pics it looks like gunmetal - really smart!

It was already like that when I got the case Albert
It really is outstanding quality for the £20 I paid for it. I have another case which I paid the same for and that's falling apart at the seams Quote:

Initially when I took the 3.5" bays out I did have the drive sitting in one of the 5.25" bays but since I got the Kama Bay fan there was no room and there wasn't really anywhere else to put it.
Well I could have drilled it at the bottom of the 5.25" bays although the drive would have been up-side down, and I've had the drive for about a year and a half running the right way around and didn't want to risk damaging it. Because I've read that if you turn it another way around after a long time there's a chance of bearing damage, as they've become accustomed to being the way I initially had them.
Besides, even if that's not true, with it being at the bottom it covers the cables behind it which was another thing I thought about

That's amazing mate, how PC's should be built tbh
You should see mine - it's a right mess. I've done a bit of tidying and tucking away but not as much as that. I hate getting my front panel off, there are these six plug type things you have to squeeze together (which you HAVE to use pliers for) and I can only properly get to 3 of them That's the case design's fault, not my hardware's

@ Dave = ever get the message that they are designed in such a way so that you are not supposed to fiddle with them?

Looks real nice. Mine is a rats nest. with 3optical drives and 3 HDs, i have cables everywhere. I went with round IDE cables and that helped, but I just don't have the patience. Keep up the good work. I enjoyed the pics.

I had to take the front panel off a couple of times to install fans, because they rather cleverly have to screw in from behind the panel, which of course makes it really easy to do... Not

Thanks for all the input guys
@ Dave: I have a case similar but instead of screwing it into the panel it just clips in. Makes life so much easier

Pfft, you and your fancy clippy fans
I've seen those casing type things you can get which clip in and you put the fan in it, could have done with those really.
Unless that's what you're on about
Thinking about it, I think my sister's PC has one in with no fan in it
