You'd need plenty of watercooling to get it cold enough so it doesn't melt away 
Dunno what my ultimate mod would be, portable computers with screens in are called laptops so that's been done

My ultimate mod would be a computer that can mainain itself.
It would save on the dusting out and fixing windows.

I need to get some of those fan filters for mine so the CPU HSF gets less clogged up

If i came up with a self maintaining computer it wouldn't matter about having no pc's to fix, because, I'd be rich i tell ya, rich beyond my wildest dreams (and i have some pretty wild ones).

Even the most perfect machine (unless it is like Hal) would be vulnerable to people messing with it!
