I've seen this LCD mod and I'm wondering if there's a way to mod a case so an lcd can go in the top. My case is ATX. Thanks.

Ok, I need to clear up something.
Do you meant that small LCD slide out and turn on the LCD by itself ( you probably seen some of that in many car modifications.
OR
You mean to put it all together into a box of everything?
Also, If you can, try your best on drawing your ideas and post it here.

I was thinking about putting in the front of the case and taking up 2 or 3 5.25" bays.

Do you have a screen that you are thinking of using or a link to one?

Interesting thought - the British Army used to have a load of these little 8 x 5 inch screens going spare. Cannot remember what they came out of but the problem was getting anything to display on them as I think they must have been driven by something other than a PC.

I don't have a screen in mind, it's all just theory at the minute. That was the mod, yes

Images and videos, possibly a tv tuner card reception.
