I bought a Lenovo PC two years ago but hadn't used it since the last year. Then I found I even can't power it up a few days ago. Who can tell me the reason? Thanks!

The most likely cause is the power supply (PSU). Check the basics like the cable is OK and the PSU turned on at the back if it has a switch. If you get no sounds when you turn it on and no lights on the case then the PSU is the most likely culprit and you will need a tester to confirm this.
If you can hear the drives spin up and the lights on the case light up then then chances are that either the motherboard, the memory or the graphics card has failed or has a bad connection. If you are a novice then you need to get help to get this checked.
If it powers on and you get a string of beeps this also indicatest that a component has failed or has a bad connection.
