Tales from the toolroom - rant against Antec

These people make great system case but their customer support has to be the worst I have ever come across! Not only do they fail to respond to queries on the website but don't answer the phone to the sales office in Holland and when you leave a message they fail to call back. All I want are a couple of their special drive caddies but if this is how they treat a client then they have lost one for good and I don't care how much my clients want their cases; they can't have one!
Anyone any ideas how to get through their thick skulls that this is bad for business?

Yeah, I hear Antec support's pretty bad. Never had to deal with them though, thank god.

I finally ordered the bits from their office in Holland somewhere but even after they had processed the order and taken my money they forgot to ship it! Should be UPS Express and arrive here today.

Well the saga rolls on. UPS failed to collect either Friday or yesterday so it has not got here - I am assured that it will be here tomorrow - but I have heard that before - and I used to work for UPS and they are nothing like as good as they used to be.

It does not get any better even some years later.
A PSU with 3 year warranty failed in January so I emailed the Antec address on the PSU with the serial number and guess what? Naff all.
I will threaten them with a visit to whatever office I can find at which point I will summon the media and set fire to the thing outside their front door.
