Exclamation [SOLVED] Printer/Printing Disaster

Last week I printed a couple of documents, the printer was working fine. This week I tried to print something, it didn’t print. The printer keeps flashing, like this:

0 00 0 00 0 00 etc..

The zero’s are flashes and the gaps are the pauses.

Now when I print, I always get a message saying there is no connection make sure this and this etc… are connected. The power cable and USB are connected properly.
I know for a fact that this isn’t a connection problem nor is it an ink cartridge problem. I have brought a new black ink cartridge few weeks ago, and it is fine.
I have searched online about this, and another person was having the same problem, he never got a solution to this and this problem isn’t even in the printer manual. This happened with my last printer I had (Epson C40). I had to throw it away and brought this Dell A920 printer, and now it is giving me a disaster.

Is there any suggestions to this? Please help.

thanks for the link, but couldnt solve the problem. Ive just been to cartridge world(thats where i brought the cart. from). They said that it might not be the printer thats damaged, the black cart. is fine, but the color is empty. They said the electric on the color cart. is gone. It seems like im gonna have to buy a new color cart just so that the printer knows its working.

Even to just print in black & white, ill have to have a filled new color cart. But instead of that ive decided to buy a new printer that can be used without a color cart and just black cart.
