I bought a cheap printer and found out the damn ink is more expensive than a new printer. I want to get something that I can just print simple black and white stuff and not get robbed. What printer/ink should I get?

Get a laser - don't know where you are but try Samsung ML-2240 for good quality and cheap carts.
