This sort of problem is often caused by either memory (video or system) or drivers.
For memory, visit somewhere like www.majorgeeks.com and download and run a memory test.
For drivers, check you have the latest drivers installed, especially for the video card. I see you mention drivers but just in case you have not dealt with the video card drivers - it is always a good idea to go into safe mode and remove the device before installing updated drivers.

well thank you for the info but the memory test came up with nothing it was running close to 4 hours. as for drivers for drivers i have updated all but im unsure if that would have done it being that i was able to run these games previously. anything else you maybe able to point towards would be great. im at the point of bombing the computer but from what i keep hearing that will not solve anything except freeing up alot of space on my computer.

The first of your minidumps points towards the Kernel Mode Audio Mixer, so try uninstalling your audio devices from within Device manager, and then restarting the PC to reinstall them.

For Windows XP, go to your desktop and right click on My Computer. Click the Hardware tab in the box that comes up, and click the button that says Device Manager. Expand the "Sound, Video and Game controllers" sub-section and uninstall the audio device. It should be quite clear which one it is if there are several listed.

I am unable to open your second minidump, it says "Unspecified error".
