I wasn't sure of the exact text - strive/struggle/contend - there seem to have been several versions.

Asus boards I like, and I very rarely see Acer machines coming through my wksps. The ones I do see are HP. Tosh and all the c rap peddled by the box-shifters like PC World.

I know mate but monitors have a native resolution so I wondered if anyone knew what size has that native resolution.
My dad's 19" widescreen is 1900x1440 or something like that (same as Howard's got) but this is like super wide screen, it's a different proportion to my dad's.
Looking on Ebuyer, it appears to be this one: Viewsonic VX2260WM 22" TFT Monitor 1920x1080 20000:1 (dynamic) 300cd/m2 5ms VGA/DVI-D Black - Ebuyer

this new job sounds interestingly different from the shop or the barges, Dave!

The people I worked with didn't like it when you called them barges
Yep it's totally different, quite interesting though, get to see lots of building layouts for places I'll never go
That monitor looks really nice, I'd like one of those for my room but don't have the money yet
