Red face Building a computer for a friend

Hey guys, so a friend of mine asked me to build him a budget gaming system. His budget is around £400

This is what I've picked:

Mobo: MSI 870-C45 AMD 770 Socket AM3 GB LAN 8 Channel Audio.. | Ebuyer.com

RAM: G-Skill 8GB (2x4GB) DDR3 1600Mhz RipjawsX Memory Kit.. | Ebuyer.com

PSU: Arctic Power 700W PSU - 4x SATA 1x PCI-Express | Ebuyer.com

Case: Casecom 6788 All Black Case | Ebuyer.com

DVD: LG GH22NS70 22x DVDRW with DL & RAM SATA.. | Ebuyer.com

GPU: XFX HD 6850 1GB GDDR5 Dual DVI HDMI DisplayPort PCI-E.. | Ebuyer.com

CPU: AMD Athlon II X4 640 Socket AM3 3GHz 2MB L2 Cache.. | Ebuyer.com

HDD: will probably have to get a 250 gb one off ebay cos of the massive increase in hard drives :')

The total at the moment without hard drive is £369.57, I made the spreadsheet about 2 weeks ago so some items may have gone up/down slightly.

Just wondering if this is the best system I can get for £400?

Also, I've done my best to make sure that everything is compatible, and I think the components are all compatible with each other, but it would be nice if you could look through and see if I've made a mistake anywhere hehehe :')

Thanks in advance!

I appreciate this is to a budget but I would stay away from AMD chips.
Also use the casecom 262 case - just as good but a lot cheaper.
And check the hard drive prices on Scan UK - they are cheaper too.
Best of luck.

I don't like them as they run hotter than Intel chips and at the moment as not as good value.
