I am trying to install new compatible cartridges. Black is intalled & is working. The colour cartridge is not recognized! Before installing new ones the control program showed colour and black to be empty, now the black is shown as full while colour cart is not seen at all. When test page is printed it prints only in black. Also the dialogue screen on the printer did not ask for the code for colour. For black it asked the code & I have entered. Any help would be appreciated as I have urgent priint job waiting. Thanks
