Unknown FTP connection

I was running Cain & Abel on my computer when all of the sudden an entry popped up in the FTP section under passwords. The FTP server is 66.63.163.176 and somehow that traces back to something at http://oc3networks.com/. Is this normal?

I am not sure 66.63.163.176 is associated withoc3networks who are a bona fide outfit from the US. This address maybe from Australia and from some reports on WoW it is linked to a worm. You can use the router to block it.
