Which one? JVC or TDK???

i want to burn a vcd on to a disk, there are several brands, i was wondering which one would be best, TDK OR JVC. I have burned vcd on to a signalex disk, but it kept causing playback problems in my standadlone dvd player.

so any suggestions to which one i should go for? TDK, JVC?

ps. how do i delete a thread/post that i started?

TDK is a really quality brand, I use for the most TDK (sometimes Maxell and Sony), but I think the JVC will do fine.

If the price difference ain't big, I would go for TDK, has never let me down!

Thank you or your reply, and you daveskater. Yes, i might aswell go to TDK, its same price as JVC. theres one other brand, Mr. CD. - i use the dvd of this brand, its been very reliable to me than RW dvd disks of TDK and -R/+R of SIGNALEX disks. Do you think Mr CD is also a good brand? i mean the only difference between that and TDK is the burning Speed, TDK i think is 12x, whereas MR.CD - 52x. what do u think?

you were right, i burned the VCD on a TDK cd-r. Now the video doesnt keep jumping automatically during playback.

The only thing is that, the dvd player keeps making noises when playing vcd's. thanks for the advice.
