Change OS on Acer ZG5 to XP

I'd like to get XP installed on my son's ZG5 (he's not as comfortable w/ linux and I'm getting tired of support). Can I convert over to XP? (1GB RAM, 8GB SSD). I don't have an external CD and am hoping, as an option, I can format an SD as bootable w/ the ISO (possibly) if no other options.
