Mobile computer advice needed

Hiya all,

Ok this doesn't;t often happen to me, but I have always tried to avoid the mobile computing market, wireless, and so on.....But I now need to get evolved - And have got very confused as that what is/does what lol.

My requirements;
-Wireless Internet pretty much anywhere
-MP3/4 Player
-Calling / Texting
-(Navigation built in would be useful!)
-Preferably some form of word processing
-Nothing too costly! (im broke technically)

I have seen a number of different phones, PDAs, Blackberries, e.t.c, e.t.c over my trawls in google, which really started to confuse me!

-I need internet of some form wherever I go, could I do this if had a 3g/ gps phone, and then my laptop? - would it be easier just to use it through the phone? (I can take my lappy if needed, but as I have to move all over the place when I most need these devices, obviously the less luggage the better.)

-What SIM card (and alike) would I need for a gps pda thing?

-Contract or monthly?

-Should I just buy a device that does what I want, and then go somewhere and say gimme the cards for the services to make it work?!

-What else am i missing?!

Ant input to my confusion would really be appreciated!, its not for a luck of trying to get my head around all this.

Thanks

What you need is going to cost quite a lot so giving you a helpful answer is difficult!
A Blackberry would do most of what you want but check on mp3 through that?
