I have problems with system restore on my Packard Bell VISTA. After trying it tells me it hasn't done it. I have tried it in safe mode and also disabling my antivirus.
I have been told this is a well known problem. Could any one point me in the rightdirection please?

Please tell us what is in the error message - the failure could be either a hard drive problem or the result of software corruption. In any event you should make a backup of your critical files before doing anything else.
