Acer 1 FAT32 Trouble!

Every time I turn on my computer I get this message:

(Checking file system on C:
The type of file system is FAT32.
One of your disks needs to be checked for consistency. You
may cancel the disk check, but it is strongly recommended that you continue.
windows will now check the disk.
volume serial number is 3831-069f
windows is verifying files and folders...)

Once the check is completed the screen displays various bits used and allocated. Then The computer starts to reboot and the screen pops up again and starts to check the disk. After the check is done it restarts and goes through the same process all over again. I have tried ALT F10, F11, F8, F12. Everything it seems!

The safe mode option shows errors that look like this:

multi(0)disk(0)rdisk(0)partition(1)......

Please help!!
