Every time a url is clicked to open the web link the following message appears on the screen: "An error occurred while attempting to open the specified url."
Sometimes copying the web address and pasting into the browser's url text box works. I would be most grateful if you would kindly advise of any way to work around this error when the link is a symbolic representation and no url is available to copy and paste into the browser.
