Yes you need a swimming pool here in the summer,it gets so hot,not unusual for us to have 10-15 days over 40 celsius during the summer and then another 30 from 35-40.

I've got some homework do... I'm going to be heading over there for an holiday first and do a bit of exploring and see where I'd like to settle. Preferably, I want an house with a swimming pool and I know you can get houses pretty cheap that sometimes come with a swimming pool.

Yes it is a beautiful country.Melbourne I find is the best because you have so much to do here,we have all the best stadiums,all the biggest sports in the world are played here and you can also buy a 3 bedroom house where I live for around 200,000-250,000 and its only 40km outside the city centre.There are alot of other things which is good about this town but I would be here for a while.I have been here for 37 years and been to Sydney which is unaffordable,and all the other cities besides Queensland nothing much happens and you get a good mix of weather down here too.Queensland in my opinion is a good place to go for a holiday but I maybe a bit bias as well lol.

Just thought I'd say, you live a in beautiful country. I'm hoping to emigrate there in a few years. Is Melbourne a good city to live?
