There are no traces of our site left on the old server, so it isn't possible. I'm stumped myself. You see, he is able to access the site fine via a proxy -- his ISP is the only possible fault.

either that or something is redirecting him to the old server . Is that a possibility
Talk talk are stumped .. now trying his old modem to see if the new one is at fault
If you remember he was stuck on the old server for a while after the change.
I'm just going through his list programs to see if i can see any programs to check

I have to put it down to an ISP problem. Everyone else is accessing the site fine. When he ran a tracert, he wasn't even reaching our servers, which tells me there is a problem with his ISP. Sorry.
