Exactly, every park I have ever been to tells you to wear safety gear and that it's your own risk, surely she has no grounds to sue them?

someone broke their toe and their mum is suing the council
There is a notice you skate at your own risk up

Well that's quite a stint, there I think I started at 14 but have been on and off a couple of times due to injuries and work/weather stuff.

Me and a friend were going to make a video and upload it but it doesn't look like that's really happening any more We don't have so much time nowadays now that we both work and especially now I've gone full time.
