I got out of the blues, somehow.
I had a clinical depression mainly caused by shiftwork, stress, and serotonin level was really low.
I shall not work Nightshift, ever again.
I have been lucky, and my sister has been a great help.
The Doctors and others were understanding, but .. it took a while before they saw the combination(s) and figured the depth of the problems.
I am back at work now. I even again enjoy working on old computers.
