Malware Removal/Java Install Help

Hi, originally my problem was whenever I booted up my computer and logged in I would get a windows installer pop up and it would say Preparing to Install... It would just keep looping so I always cancelled it until it went away. Instantly following I get a Blackberry Desktop Software pop up saying "Please wait while Windows Configures Blackberry Desktop Software, this would continuously repeat and say "This feature you are trying to use is on a network resource that is unavailable" so I would have to use Windows Task Manager to end this process. At first I did an updated scan using Avira AntiVir Personal and it would find around 400 infections and say about 330 removed. I would constantly get the popups saying 3 to 100 infections detected repeatedly even after clicking on Details and moving to quarantine. TR/Spy230400.14, W32/Infector.Gen2, and TR/Trash.Gen are the malware it detected, majority of the files were W32/Infector.Gen2.

After following your removal guide the Avira detections stopped continuously popping up with files being infected but I know the problem is still here. A lot of my programs won't up such as iTunes, Adobe Reader, Yahoo Messenger, and AIM. I reinstalled my messengers and they work fine but haven't preceeded with this method for everthing because I want to solve the root of the problem.

I encountered a problem with step 5 when following the removal guide. I did run JavaRa. I have Java(TM) 6 Update 21 currently installed and when I try to uninstall I get I get an installation error and when I try to install the latest version it says the installation has been interrupted try again later and directs me to a Java Help website Java Help Center I test my java and it doesn't appear to be working and when I go into control panel and try to click on the Java icon as directed on the java site I get a message saying "The system cannot find the registry key specified: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\JavaSoft\Java Runtime Environment\1.6.0_21 However I proceeded to finish the removal guide and the following are my logs. Note that prior to removal guide I did a malware bytes full system scan so thats most likely why the recent one has come up clean.
