Good news kathy, your HJT log is clean as a whistle.

The only thing I recommend you need is a good firewall programme.

Here are some recommended firewalls.

Zonealarm, Kerio or Comodo free firewall programmes.

You might want to take a look at this thread HERE as you have some stuff running that you may want to stop from running on startup. This would help to increase your system performance, but it`s not mandatory.
