Can not open HTTP websites.

Let me start of by saying, this is my work computer im talking about. Its a small office with tree other computers on the network running WindowsXP. Yesterday while on facebook I must have gotten a Virus. A blue shield with a white stripe poped up on my small icon list at the bottom of my screen. After fighting with it for a while I restarted my computer and everything seemed to be back to normal except when I tried going on line. I can open HTTPS websites fine but everytime I try and open a website with HTTPS at the beggining it gives me a "page cannot be displayed" error message. I diagnose the problem and the message it gives me is "windows cannot connect to the internet using HTTP, HTTPS, of FTP. This is prob caused by your firewall settings. Check firewall settings for the HTTP port(80), HTTPS port(443), and FTR port(21). You might need to contact your int. service provider(isp) or manufacturer of firewall." I deleted all my browsing history, I checked firewalls and i dont have any up, Ran AVG, and I reloaded my DNSClient Cache and nothing has worked.

Please help!
Thanks,
