I have the stupid personal guard 2009 thing on my computer and i can't get rid of it. spyware doctor, adaware, mcaffee, and norton are useless apparently.. what do I do?
also, I can't get mbam to download right. it says it can't find an exe file. what should i do? and no, i can't seem to get into safe mode either. this is really annoying.

Hello try this please Quote:

Change file name and click on Save.
For example, before you save Malwarebytes Anti-malware, rename mbam-setup.exe to something like mapp.exe (or use any random name) and then click on Save and save it to your desktop. Double Click mapp.exe to install the application.

it won't let me change the name before i download it. it just pops up a box that asks me to either save or cancel it.
It can't find the mbam.exe file. this is so annoying... and i have to edit this post because it still requires a mod to approve my posting. x.x;

can you download it and then change the name ?
