[Baileys-Buddy]

I have installed Malwarebytes but each time I go to run it (including in safe mode) it stops and a pop up comes up and says Malwarebytes has stopped running. Windows will try to determine why and get back to you. I fear it is a Virus or Malware causing this.

I recently fell victim to the Total Security scam and was following the procedures to remove that and loading and running Malwarebytes was part of that solution. But I can not finish.

Also at about the same time my Norton Internet Anit-Virus stopped working. It starts a scan but never hits any files and runs forever without really doing anything. Sound familiar to anyone? I think if I can get Malwarebytes to actually work it will fix these problems. Thanks.
