Okay to keep things simple i downloaded a trojan from a keygen which renamed my explorer.exe to explorer.ex_ after learning how to get to it and rename it back to explorer.exe and placing it back in the WINDOWS folder things seemed fine.. I did a virus scan through a online scanner and it couldn't delete a trojan i forgot its name unfortunately, anyway this trojan does not allow me to install avg, luckily i had malwarebytes anti-malware already installed doing a full system scan with it i received error code: 721 (0,7). Also while joining this forum so i could post this, i looked at the screen and about after scanning 15000 more files i received another "Error code: 722 (0,7)" is this the trojan preventing itself from being found?!

Remove all of the cracked software before continuing. If I find them I will have to have you remove them due to personal and forum policy.

i received error code: 721

You will most likely have to reinstall Malwarebytes.

But try this first.

Try the renamer download for Malwarbytes.

The randmbam.exe will try to create random names and shortcuts for Malwarebytes Anti Malware (MBAM) if you have it installed already.

Now try running MBAM again.
