Trojan Infection From Facebook

Earlier today my brother was using Facebook and someone sent him some type of request. When he hit the ignore button a bunch of pop ups appeared and a fake virus detection program started running. There were a bunch of different virus alert messages that were popping up including ones from AVG. I closed the message and I cancelled the fake virus scan. I then ran the full scan on the AVG and malwarebytes. Then I followed the instructions at the beginning of the forum for the virus removal. I don't think the programs have fully fixed the problem though. I will post the logs below. Thanks

Pat
