Exclamation problems with trojan.vundo

hi, im having real problems with this, i have norton anitvirus and its giving me antivirus HIGH RISK , we have deteched a virus on your computer message.. since they usually all get quarentined or fixed automactially i usually ignore them.. but today i have a been told it has found one in C:\WINDOWS\system32\ssqQkICR.dll
and that it is unable to repair this file... i did a scan with norton antivius and found 8 infections of which 7 were fixed, apart from the one in question.. the quarentine failed and even deleting the file with norton antivirus failed however i went to the file and found it in the system32 folder, should i just try to delete it or try and fix it with something else?, i downloaded VundoFix, and there are clearly vundo infections on the computer but it doesnt seem to pick up any.. i also tried spyware doctor but it doesnt connect to updates.. any help would be really appriciated, coz i cant get any of the "virus alert" messages from norton antivirus away, they just pop up once i close one...

thanks
