This may or may not be a malware problem, but just a few seconds ago I noticed a bookmark put itself into my bookmarks toolbar in Firefox.
The button says "bums/q" and the link is the same thing, if I right click and open Properties. It might be nothing, but the only sites I've been on in the last hour are TST and Hotmail.
It might not even be malware as it appears to not even have a valid link, but if this is something known I want it gone!
Thanks for reading and any help is appreciated

Just delete it and see if it returns mate.
Post a HJT log if you`re at all unsure.

Yeah, just seen it mate.
I sometimes find it happens to me, when I`m researching a file name or something. With me it`s just a case of me copying a file name, then pasting it onto the toolbar by accident, rather than into the searchengine box lol.

Good point mate
I was typing a message in the Windows Live Hotmail feedback box just before it appeared, but I didn't type the word bums/q anywhere
It hasn't come back yet so hopefully it's ok. I was thinking that if it was malware then surely it would post a proper link that would take me to some nasty site if I clicked it. Plus i do my best to make my PC a fortress haha.

Yeah, it`s more than likely a glitch or mistake, rather than malware.
