Go to add remove programmes in your control panel and uninstall anything to do with(if there). VerizonServicepoint Upromise__RemindU
Once done, please provide a fresh HJT log. This thread is for the use of Taima only. Please don`t post your own virus/spyware problems in this thread. Instead, open a new thread in our Malware removal forum.

You have not renamed HijackThis.exe, This is important.
Go and read the Viruses/Spyware/Malware, preliminary removal instructions. Follow all the instructions exactly.
Post fresh HJT, AVG Antispyware and Combofix logs as Attachments into this thread, only after doing the above. Also, let me know the results of the Panda Antirootkit scan.
Regards Howard This thread is for the use of Taima only. Please don`t post your own virus/spyware problems in this thread. Instead, open a new thread in our Malware Removal Forum.

Well, I guess I don't need your help anymore. I did as much of the malware removal thing as I could, up to the AVG Anti-Spyware thing. Unfortunately, I didn't have enough time to do everything else and I had to go back home.I am going to make another topic though, this time for my computer, just to see if I have anything on it. Thanks for the help guys.
