I had the same problem that Foglight posted on June 12. I also ran Mbam and Superantispyware to get my desktop and task manager back. However, I didn't get any files that were saved on my desktop back, nor did I get any of my quick start programs back.

Does anyone know a way to get these back? I'm a novice and would welcome any help.
