it seems to be ok now....although i've switched from using IE7 to using opera browser and nothing seems to be happening so far.....I did see you edit and i have bookedmarked it for future reference. Thanks so much for all of your help

honestly i don't know which was the one that seemed to work the most I think that all of them together helped in their own way The best thing advice I got was the link to the how did I get infected page. I had a few of the programs but also made me realize that I needed a few more. And switching out of IE7 seems to be helping thanks again for everything
