Requesting an Ubuntu CD
Ubuntu will always be free of charge and Canonical can send you a CD of the latest version with no extra cost,
but the delivery may take from 4 to 6 weeks to deliver, depending on the country of shipping.
* 1 Edubuntu CD
* 1 Ubuntu Server Edition CD
* 1 Ubuntu CD
* 1 Kubuntu CD
For requesting this Ubuntu CD`s please visit: https://shipit.edubuntu.org/login https://shipit.ubuntu.com/login-server https://shipit.ubuntu.com/login https://shipit.kubuntu.org/login
You can also make a special request for different quantities
but Canonical may not be approved at all and delivery of
special requests can take from twelve to sixteen weeks.
Ubuntu is sponsored by Canonical Ltd.

munish kumar, this thread is 3 years old, and ShipIt who did the free Ubuntu CD's has finished.
The only way to get Ubuntu now is to download it and burn it to a Cd/DVD or put the ISO on a USB stick.
Or you can purchase the CD direct from the Canonical shop, at this URL. ShipIt has closed | Ubuntu
