Sony Ericsson K770i

Just bought a new phone, finally upgrades from my old ericsson and Nokia i keep on the side And i have to say its an absolute bargain! $200 AUS! Its a "Cyber-shot" branded phone with a 3.2mega pixel camera with auto focus, 3.5x optical zoom, sure not as good as a digital camera, but its preatty darn good... I mean really really good for a phone, Ericsson's seem to be a bit more expensive than most of the phones, especially for their "cyber-shot" phones, but at $200 this is amazing, the only other ericsson i saw around the $200 mark was nothing like this thing. Ill get some pictures of the phone itself and some pictures off the phone soon. Great phone though, best i have had by a long shot

That converts to about £92 so that's quite good. Where did you get it from?

I have the Sony Ericsson K800i, it's getting a bit long in the tooth now, but it's been a great phone and the 3.2mega pixel Cybershot camera is pretty good.

The phone was bought through Virgin mobile, meaning its locked to that sim card for a while, still, best rates for what i want. Without getting it through them it would have cost $250 carrying it around with me today in the plaza was great, its certainly loud enough at full volume, fairly light for what it is and much slimmer than my other phones. MASSIVE improvement over the old Nokia 5500 sports and W200i still got the terrible Sony software though...

finally got some pictures off the digital camera, the card reader on the computer only likes working once in a while not to mention having to fire up CS2 to resize the photos the picture of the cat was taken with the phone's camera, the 1 problem with the camera is it needs decent lighting to have a clear picture still this picture is great quality, i chopped it in half and reduced the quality to get it to the forum's file size limit

Yeah, Sup2a should be able to do that easily.

The data cable is all I've ever used with my K800i phone as everything I need is just drag and drop, including music, photos etc.

I'm assuming it's pretty much the same with the K770i.

As for resizing the pics, I recommend Fotosizer, you can resize a bunch of pics in one go, very handy.

I use my data cable a lot. Typing a text message using my pc keyboard is much easier than doing it on the phone itself for example.

Ihave also discovered that i can put the phones sd card into my psp with the supplied adapter.

I literally two minutes ago had 3 (my network) on the phone trying to sell me one of these

I told them no as I always research my phones, and wanted a Nokia. I looked at every possible option for 3 or 4 weeks before choosing the one I have now, so I'm not going to say yes over the phone to something I've never even seen

Nice bargain!

I got Sony Ericsson K800i and It's just so much trouble, It has been 4 times on service and now they are replacing it, and it's under 1 year old...

It has never worked as it should, but when it works it's a great phone! I got mine K800i with good deal, for 130€ (116£)

And you Nokia users, did you know it's a really old company founded 1865 and have made from beginning wellies and car tires, they do them still, they make worlds best stud tires :P
