I just found these on newegg. Newegg.com - OCZ Platinum Revision 2 2GB (2 x 1GB) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 800 (PC2 6400) Dual Channel Kit Desktop Memory - Desktop Memory
I bought these last year, some time near the end of the year. And paid about 80 bucks for them. Now after rebate there only 21.99! Heck I might forget the drive I was gonna get and get these. but my OS won't see 4 gigs so I guess its pointless.

No problem. To bad newegg is only for US and I think canada. The nice deal doesn't really help any of you UK guys. Or anybody else not in the US.

It must have had a price cut or something, because it's £30 here as well: OCZ 2GB DDR2 Memory - Cheap at Ebuyer!
It's still expensive in comparison, though, as £29.99 is $59.27, and $21.99 is £11.12 so you get a good bargain there! Heck, I might as well fly over, buy bucketloads of the stuff, and fly back, and it would probably still be cheaper than just staying here and buying it
Edit: Without the rebate it's about the same price (I just checked the Newegg page hehe) at $56.99. Still cheaper than here, though

yup, its thats cheap cuse of the rebate. Which you will get back. I had a $15 rebate when I bought those last year. Took awhile but it eventually came. Its worth it to. You can't beat a 35$ rebate.

Regards Howard | Too right mate, no wonder it's called rip-off Britain! Some things are just overpriced anyway, because they know that people will pay it, especially for essential stuff like food and whatnot. If you don't like the prices, get Tesco Value

Just remember to double the price to get the equivalent price in US dollars.

Aye, the Channel Islands are a bit the other way of Colne hehe. Maybe you could move there
I dread to think how much houses cost down there though.
