Dear Anyone.

Comp specs: XP SP3, Asus Asrock mobo, 1gig RAM, AMD Sempron processor, M-Audio Audiophile 2496 soundcard.

I'm trying to install Quickscore Elite demo version, legally downloaded from the Sion Site. Whenever I do, Install Shield starts up and gives me:

An error (-5003:0xb7) has occurred while running the setup. Please make sure you have finished any previous setup and closed all other applications.

Please - I HAVEN'T tried to set up anything else first! And there are no other applications running. I've contacted Sion Software, who make the program, and they've told me it's a locked file error message. BUT Unlocker can't find anything and there seems to be no way of telling what the file is and where I can find it to unlock it.

Any ideas what I do next? I REALLY want to try this software!
