Anyone recomment free backup software?

Can anyone recommend a free software package to backup files to CD/DVD and which has an incremental option? Preferably something you have used yourself!
Much appreciated if anyone can help?

I don't know if there is aa free solution to do all of that but in addition to the above reply, I think Karens does most of that. Have used it but not in a while.

Thanks peeps - I have settled on Comodo as recommended by Howard I think - anyway it does what it says on the box and is a freebie - and if there any of the usual horrors like file size restrictions I have yet to find them...
