Outlook PST files

Anyone know what is included in the archive file from Outlook usually saved as outlook.pst?
For example, does this include all the mail folders and messages, the calendar entries and the email account profiles?

I couldn't find a complete list of the contents...maybe an M$ secret...but it
definitely holds Email, Calendar, Contact Database, Journal, Notes and a variety of
other functions. What variety of other functions? A secret.

As an extra precaution I use Amic which also backs up Outlook as well as Outlook Express:

Outlook Express Backup Genie 2.0 http://www.amicutilities.com/

Outlook Express Backup Genie is an easy to use software tool designed to save your emails, attachments, address books, & signatures from Outlook Express, MS Outlook and various other email clients... to a compact, compressed backup file. If a virus ever strikes your computer...or if you experience a hard drive crash, BackUp Genie will easily restore your messages & related data in no time! It's also great for moving your emails from one computer to an other!

Thanks Pete
I use the Genie backup software as well - sometimes I just want the profile so I can move it to another PC without all the messages.
cheers
