Some people here may find themselves offering Technical Support to other users on occasions when you can't physically be there.

So what do you do?

MSN Remote Assistance? Try to give instructions for the user to enable Remote Desktop? Another Remote Assistant application?

I've found that a good screen sharing/remote control application is CrossLoop. It's fit for purpose. Has a small (2.3mb) download package and it's completely free!

I'd just search for a good VNC package. RealVNC is one I've used in the past and it's great.
