I've recently updated Firefox to version 3 and after pre setting my tabs I find they dont appear when I re open FF! I've tried re setting the option, cleared the cache, but they still wont open unless I go to "Most visited" and select "Open in all tabs" didn't have any problems with the previous version but this has got me stumped! anyone help please?

Hi Dotty - have you got the Bookmarks tool bar enabled??
Right click on the top menu bar and set that - I can disappear my bookmarks that way.
cheers!

With your chosen tabs open click on Tools, Options
on the Main tab under Startup click the Use Current Pages button, click OK
Does that not do it for you?

I've done that several times and it still doesn't show all saved tabs when re opening FF, I've just tried re setting the tabs via FF safe mode, it's worked a couple of times and then reset to no tabs!

I tried that too with FF 3.0.3, Klunk with no change. I also set the thing to reopen the pages and tabs from last time - doesn't work either. Thinks: Opera!

If we are all doing the same thing and the tabs don't respond there must be something adrift with the program - all I can think of!

Been fiddling with it - try this:
Make sure you have the pages you want open: then go
Tools > Options > Main > click on use current (this can be multiple) and then click OK
then
Tools > Options > Main > set when firefox starts to show my home page.
Click OK
Close and restart.
This worked for me!

Drat and Drouble Drat - and I spent what seemed like hours messing with the silly thing!
Anyway - that fix works when you need it!
